With the steadily growing of productivity, we reached a monthly production capacity of 500,000 units in 2024. Looking ahead, we have the plan to boost it to 1 million units per month in 2025.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 pieces, depending on the product type and customization requirements.
Q3: Can I get samples, and how long is the sample lead time?
Yes, samples are available. The sample lead time is approximately 15–20 days. For detailed sample policies, please contact our sales team.
Q4: What are your payment terms and shipping methods?
We accept T/T as the payment method.
Shipping is typically arranged FOB, or you can choose your preferred shipping method, either by sea or by air.
Q5: How long is your production lead time?
Our standard production lead time is around 30 days, depending on the order quantity and customization requirements.
Q6: How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Q7: How does your factory regarding quality control?
We have 17 production processes, 9 inspection processes, 5 experienced QC, every mug has its quality assurance.
